Step 1: Activate Yeast
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes, until it is foamy.

Step 2: Prepare Dough
- Add eggs, butter, flour, and salt. Knead until smooth and slightly sticky. Cover and let rise for 1–1.5 hours or until doubled.

Step 3: Shape Donuts
- Roll out the dough and cut into donut shapes. Let them rest for 20–30 minutes.

Step 4: Fry Donuts
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry donuts for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and drain.

Step 5: Coat in Cinnamon Sugar
- Mix sugar and cinnamon. Roll warm donuts in the mixture.

Step 6: Make Filling
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
