  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil or canola oil
  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Method
 

Step 1: Preheat
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  1. In a bowl, whisk together sugar, egg, and oil until smooth and slightly glossy.
