Frozen Yogurt Bark – My Favorite Healthy Freezer Treat

If you’ve never made frozen yogurt bark, you’re seriously missing out on one of the easiest and most satisfying freezer desserts ever.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl To mix yogurt and honey smoothly
  • Spoon or spatula For stirring and spreading yoghurt
  • Baking sheet To hold and freeze the yogurt bark
  • Parchment paper Prevents sticking and makes removal easy
  • Freezer To freeze the yogurt until set

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt and honey until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt evenly on the parchment paper in a thin layer.

  4. Sprinkle fruit, granola, and chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer for 3–4 hours, or until fully frozen.
  6. Remove from freezer and break into pieces.
